2025 has been a year in which we invested in our people, locations, and responsible operations – with a clear commitment to enhancing quality across the organization and creating even better work environments for our tenants.
Financial results
2025 was another year of strong financial performance for ordnung. Our revenue increased from DKK 134.3 million in 2024 to DKK 135.7 million in 2025. At the same time, we significantly improved earnings, with EBITDA rising to DKK 25.1 million, corresponding to a margin of 18.5% – up from 17.6% previous year.
Net profit for the year reached DKK 9.7 million, compared with DKK 6.6 million in 2024, underlining a substantially stronger bottom line and more efficient operations. This development was driven by our existing business and reflects strong capacity utilization, with a continued focus on optimizing operations and elevating quality across our locations.
At the same time, our financial foundation was further strengthened, with equity increasing to DKK 25.8 million from DKK 17.0 million the year before, while total assets amounted to DKK 121.6 million.

A stronger organization and responsible operations
In 2025, we maintained a clear focus on strengthening both our organization and the way we run our business – with responsibility embedded as a natural part of our operations.
A key priority has been the development of our people. We completed a comprehensive leadership development program for our Location Managers, Senior Office Assistants, and selected key employees. This initiative has strengthened collaboration, elevated our service standards, and created a more consistent approach across locations. At the same time, our employee satisfaction survey shows that 95% of our employees are either satisfied or very satisfied with their jobs at ordnung, while the remaining 5% are neutral.
In parallel, we have worked strategically to enhance our physical spaces. Several locations have been upgraded with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and recycling, enabling them to better support the work experience and quality we aim to offer our tenants.
Our ESG efforts also delivered measurable improvements in 2025. Compared with our 2024 results, we have for example:
- Increased our recycling rate from 39% to 47%
- Reduced CO2 emissions per workstation from 46 to 38 CO2e
- Reduced electricity consumption per workstation from 464 to 393 kWh
- Donated DKK 20,070 to Medicins Sans Frontieres through our takeaway initiative, quadrupling the amount donated in 2024
In addition, we continued integrating more sustainable solutions into our daily operations, including electric service vehicles and organic, Rainforest Alliance-certified coffee across all locations.

What’s in store for 2026?
In 2026, we will continue building the future of ordnung. A key focus will be the opening of ordnung+ Rådhuspladsen, which, at approximately 9,000 square meters, will become one of our largest locations alongside ordnung+ Kampmannsgade. Leading up to the opening, we are working intensively to finalize the interior design, material selections, and service concepts so the location reflects the standard we aim to set for the future of serviced flex offices in Copenhagen.
At the same time, we will continue developing our existing business. This includes further strengthening our organization through talent development, implementing new operational solutions such as smarter cleaning technology, and continuing to elevate the quality of our service and product experience.
Within ESG, we will continue advancing initiatives that can be implemented across both new and existing locations. As part of the opening of ordnung+ Rådhuspladsen, we will integrate already identified optimization solutions while introducing new initiatives that can later be rolled out across other locations. In addition, we are increasing our focus on reuse and upcycling, with future projects, including workstations, being furnished with recycled furniture.
