Financial results
Despite global geopolitical uncertainty and the closure of some minor locations, revenue increased from DKK 123.5 million in 2023 to DKK 134.4 million in 2024 — a 9% growth. EBITDA totalled DKK 23.7 million, with a margin of 17.6%, which is considered a solid result. Compared to previous years, the figures reflect continued healthy operations and efficient capacity utilization across our 10 serviced office locations in Copenhagen, Frederiksberg, and Hellerup.
CEO of ordnung, Anders Chr. Andersen shares his thoughts on the annual report:
“2024 has been a year of consolidation rather than expansion. We have focused on optimising operations, strengthening our ESG efforts, and investing in leadership development — all with the aim of maintaining the high level of service that defines ordnung. This work continues in 2025, as we also take the first steps toward opening our next location in 2026.”

An integrated approach to responsible operations
In 2024, we intensified our ESG efforts as a central part of our long-term strategy. Based on concrete actions and measurable results, we are working purposefully to reduce our environmental impact, take social responsibility, and ensure sound corporate governance.
Anders Chr. Andersen continues:
“ESG is not an add-on to our business – it is an integrated part of how we operate. In 2024, we have established even stronger foundations for a responsible and ambitious organization.”
One of the most visible outcomes is that our largest location on Kampmannsgade achieved DGNB Gold certification (for “Buildings In Use”) in 2024, marking an important step towards more sustainable operations and new standards for flexible office solutions in Copenhagen.
At the same time, we have:
- Increased our recycling rate from 24% to 40%. This means that a significantly larger share of our waste – such as paper, cardboard, glass, and plastic – is now correctly sorted and recycled instead of ending up as residual waste.
- Introduced eco-friendly cleaning products and toiletries at all locations. All products now meet the EU Ecolabel criteria, protecting the environment while contributing to a healthier work environment.
- Donated all proceeds from takeaway box sales in our canteens to Medecins Sans Frontieres as part of our efforts to combat food waste. In 2025, we are expanding the initiative: For every box purchased by a tenant, we will match the amount, doubling the donation.
Through these and other initiatives, we aim to make responsibility tangible and measurable – not just something we talk about, but something we actively act on.

What will 2025 bring?
In 2025, we expect revenue growth to reach DKK 135-145 million and an EBITDA of DKK 24-28 million. At the same time, we are beginning preparations to open a new location of approximately 9,000 m² in central Copenhagen in 2026. In addition, 2025 will see an even stronger focus on employee development, including leadership training designed to equip our colleagues with the right tools and insights to strengthen their management and communication skills. The goal is to increase day-to-day motivation, foster a positive work environment, and ensure a meaningful workday where we, together, deliver the high level of service that defines ordnung.

We look forward to continuing our journey toward even greater achievements and strengthening our collaboration with tenants, partners, and employees.
