ordnung+ Rådhuspladsen is planned to open in September 2026. We have already opened a showroom in the building, where prospective tenants can experience the quality, design, and service level that define ordnung+, and discuss their options for securing an office space when our new workspace opens.
At ordnung+ Rådhuspladsen, the price per workstation will be DKK 6,000 in a private office suite. Private offices have 2 workstations and upwards, and can be joined together to match your space needs. Additionally, the workspace will offer co-working spaces available from DKK 3,000 a month.

The historic Helmerhus building, which will house ordnung+ Rådhuspladsen, is being carefully renovated with sustainability at the forefront. By preserving and restoring the existing structure, the project significantly reduces environmental impact compared with new construction, minimizing embedded carbon while adhering to Copenhagen’s strict environmental standards. The building is expected to achieve DGNB Silver certification, an internationally recognized standard for sustainable construction that evaluates environmental, economic, social, technical and procedural qualities.
