Lunch plan with a focus on quality and variety

A good lunch break is a natural opportunity to come together during the working day. At ordnung+, we offer a lunch service that places quality, variety, and seasonal ingredients at the heart of the experience. Lunch is served as a buffet featuring hot dishes of the day, freshly baked bread, and a selection of salads.

We also understand that working patterns and employees’ needs can vary. That is why we offer both a regular lunch subscription with monthly registration and flexible lunch vouchers that can be purchased for individual days. This allows you to choose the solution that best suits your company’s working routines.

At ordnung+ Gammel Kongevej, the building’s canteen is operated by an external provider, meaning the menu differs from those at our other ordnung+ locations. However, we offer the same flexibility, with the option of a monthly lunch subscription or individual lunch vouchers.

 

Help reduce food waste with our takeaway boxes

As part of our efforts to reduce food waste, selected ordnung+ workspaces also offer tenants the opportunity to purchase surplus food from the lunch buffet to take home.

All proceeds from these sales are donated directly to charity, and ordnung matches the amount raised, effectively doubling the donation. In 2025, we donated DKK 20,070 to Médecins Sans Frontières through our takeaway initiative. It is a simple way to give good food a second life while supporting a worthy cause.

The takeaway initiative is currently available at ordnung+ Bredgade, ordnung+ Kampmannsgade, and ordnung+ Rådhuspladsen and is open to all tenants at these locations.

 

Meeting rooms across Copenhagen

When you rent an office with ordnung, you gain access to our extensive network of professional meeting facilities across five ordnung+ flex workspaces in Copenhagen, Frederiksberg, and Hellerup.

With more than 35 different meeting room configurations, we offer flexible spaces for everything from smaller client meetings and strategy sessions to workshops and larger corporate gatherings. Several of our meeting rooms can be combined, while selected locations also offer special facilities such as an auditorium and exclusive rooftop lounges.

For example, you can have your everyday office at ordnung+ Rådhuspladsen while hosting a larger presentation in the auditorium at ordnung+ Strandvejen or inviting clients to a meeting at one of our other centrally located addresses.

As an ordnung tenant, you receive a 20% discount on the listed rates when booking meeting rooms at any of our ordnung+ workspaces.

When you order meeting catering, our staff will take care of the preparation and serving, ensuring everything is ready when your meeting participants arrive.

At ordnung+, we offer a flexible fruit and snack service, taking care of purchasing, delivery, and regular replenishment of the refreshments you would like to have available in your office.

This could include a fresh fruit basket delivered daily or a selection of snacks regularly restocked as needed. We tailor the service to your company’s preferences, both in terms of product selection and delivery frequency.

 

Print and copy solutions

Although many companies now work primarily digitally, there may still be a need to print documents, presentations, and other materials throughout the working day. At all our serviced office locations, we provide access to printing and copying facilities, with both black and white and color printing available in A4 and A3 formats.

You only pay for what you use, helping you avoid unnecessary fixed printing costs if your needs are occasional. If your company has more extensive or regular printing requirements, you can also arrange for a dedicated printer to be installed directly in your office.

At ordnung+ Strandvejen, we offer complimentary parking on a first-come, first-served basis, access to electric vehicle charging stations, and the option of renting a dedicated private parking space. At our ordnung+ workspaces on Bredgade, Kampmannsgade, and Rådhuspladsen, we are happy to assist with arranging dedicated parking agreements in nearby car parks.
