Since the beginning of 2023, we have welcomed our tenants to the iconic corner property adorned with yellow awnings that enhance the cityscape. The serviced office is exclusively designed with a focus on creating the best possible environment for modern businesses. The offices are spread from the 1st to the 6th floor, and all offices in the property have large windows, making them rich in natural light. Each office has its own climate control and lighting control, so you can be sure to work under conditions that you prefer.

Each floor is equipped with a charming lounge area, which you are free to use if you need a break from the office. Additionally, along the corridors, there are open meeting boxes, perfect for an online listening meeting or a quiet conversation with a colleague.

On the 7th floor of the serviced office, we have set up a conference center with no less than five meeting rooms, all equipped with folding walls, giving you the option to hold larger events. We service all meetings and offer a range of delightful catering packages. Adjacent to it is the house’s lounge, which offers a calm atmosphere and delicious coffee. It’s perfect if your day needs a change of scenery or if you want to hold an informal meeting. All this is surrounded by a delightful rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of Copenhagen.

The office hotel is rich in fantastic facilities, but it is our service-minded staff that truly makes the difference. Yes, the building has four elevators. Two are centrally located near the main staircase, and one is at each end by the rear staircases.

ordnung has various storage rooms available. As a tenant, you can store smaller items, equivalent to about four moving boxes, at no additional cost. Please note that the storage may not necessarily be at the same location as your office.

No, we do not offer co-working spaces at Kampmannsgade. However, we have other locations nearby where we do offer co-working spaces, such as ordnung+ Vestergade, ordnung+ Gammel Kongevej, and ordnung+ Bredgade.

There is no parking in the building, but we can assist in arranging parking at the nearest parking facility, Q-Park at Vesterport, located just 50 meters from the office. Q-Park at Vesterport offers 634 parking spaces, as well as 25 spaces for electric vehicles with Spirii chargers.

ordnung has an in-house canteen run by Kabbelgaard Køkken, which provides daily lunch to most of our locations. We offer flexible lunch options, allowing you to sign up for a fixed monthly lunch plan at DKK 1,475 per employee or purchase daily lunch vouchers for DKK 80 each. Prices are as of January 1, 2025.
