At our five ordnung+ locations, you can rent meeting rooms for any occasion, whether you need a space for a strategy session or a reception for the entire company. We offer a selection of 30 meeting rooms across exclusive locations in Copenhagen, Frederiksberg, and Hellerup. You can easily book a meeting room, even if you don’t use our office facilities on a daily basis.

Most of our meeting rooms are fully serviced, and we can tailor your meeting experience to your needs and preferences. We offer a wide selection of meeting catering, including options from local Danish producers carefully chosen for their focus on organic ingredients, quality, and sustainability. Whether you need warm croissants for a morning meeting or a cake with your company logo for an afternoon event, we will take care of it. We go the extra mile to create the best possible setting for your meeting.

Our meeting rooms vary in size and are thoughtfully designed to offer maximum flexibility. Several of our meeting centers are equipped with folding walls, allowing rooms to be combined, providing space for up to 30 people in boardroom setting in the largest meeting room. All rooms are equipped with modern presentation equipment, internet, and in many of our meeting rooms, we also offer video conferencing, so participants can join regardless of their geographical location. Whether you need to rent a meeting room for an internal strategy session or an external event with participants spread across the country or abroad, we can create a flexible solution that matches your needs.

For events that require something beyond the traditional meeting room, we offer three impressive rooftop lounges, each with its own unique charm and wow-factor. These exclusively designed lounges can be customized to suit the needs of the event. For example, conclude a day meeting in one of our lounges with snacks and drinks, or celebrate a staff anniversary with music, tapas, and bubbles in a stylish setting.

If you are looking to rent a meeting room with extra capacity, you’ll find our impressive cinema-standard auditorium, which accommodates up to 48 participants. The auditorium has hosted a wide range of events, from staff meetings and annual general meetings to lectures and courses. Many choose to combine renting the auditorium with our exclusive rooftop lounge, which serves as an ideal breakout area or an informal conclusion to your event.

Our three lounges are the perfect choice if you're seeking premium facilities for your event. On the 7th floor at Kampmannsgade 2, you'll find a fantastic lounge with a sunlit rooftop terrace. At Gammel Kongevej 60, on the 19th floor, you can enjoy an indescribable panoramic view of Copenhagen. And in Hellerup, at Strandvejen 125, another spectacular newly renovated lounge awaits you.

At all our ordnung+ workspaces, we offer some truly exceptional meeting facilities. However, our meeting center at Kampmannsgade stands out a bit. Here, our five 6-person meeting rooms are all equipped with folding walls, allowing the rooms to be combined and adjusted to the size you need.

At Kampmannsgade, you can therefore host meetings for up to 30 people. You decide whether you want one long table for everyone or individual tables, which are perfect for group discussions.

Adjacent to our meeting center on the 7th floor at Kampmannsgade is our fantastic lounge, surrounded by a sunlit rooftop terrace. If you wish, you have the option to book the entire 7th floor, so you can use the lounge and rooftop terrace to take a short break from your meeting.

Book meeting rooms

All our meeting rooms are equipped with an HD TV screen with various connectivity options and adapter cables available. If you need a whiteboard, we will ensure it’s set up in the meeting room for you.

When you rent meeting rooms at ordnung, you have the option to purchase catering services. Our catering options include fruit, nuts, chocolate, candy, breakfast items, sandwiches, open-faced sandwiches, tapas, coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks. If you have specific catering requests, we will gladly accommodate them.

Yes, as an ordnung tenant, you gain access to special benefits when booking meeting rooms.

If you rent an office at one of our ordnung+ locations, you can book meeting rooms across all our locations with a 20% discount on the list price.

If you are a tenant at an ordnung location, the use of meeting rooms at your own location is included in your rent and can be used freely. Meeting room bookings at ordnung+ locations are also offered with a 20% discount on the list price.
